    The records of the members of the Welcome to Serbia Association with the data of the members are kept in written form in electronic form.
     
    The authorized person in the administration of the Welcome to Serbia Association has access to the data .
    In electronic form, the data are contained in special software intended exclusively for that purpose.
    All data is protected by a special code. Any change, amendment or deletion is made only on the basis of the request of the data provider, member, and in accordance with the Statute.
    All these actions are performed on the basis of a written request of a member or the competent body of the Association.
    Every member as a natural person to whom the data relate has the right to be informed about the processing of data (Article 19 of the Law on Personal Data Protection), as well as all other rights provided by the law.
    Each member as a natural person to whom the data relates has the right to revoke the data processing license, as well as to be informed of the consequences of such revocation.
     
    Each member as a natural person to whom the data relates has the right to protection in the event of unauthorized processing. 
     
    Every member, as a natural person to whom the data relate, has the right to protection in all other circumstances, the non-communication of which to the data subject, ie to another person, would be contrary to conscientious conduct. 
    By signing the application form, by your signature you voluntarily accept the manner and purpose of data processing in accordance with Article 10 , under the above conditions.

    Objectives of the Association

     

    Article 2

    The Association shall have the following objectives: to attract foreign tourists and foreign
    investment to the Republic of Serbia by attracting individual entrepreneurs and companies
    from all over the world.

     

    Article 3

    In order to achieve its objectives, the Association shall:
    1) Organize professional conventions, consultation, seminars and other forms of
    instruction on tourism, business and life in the Republic of Serbia on its own or with other
    organizations;
    2) Publish articles and other publications on the topics of tourism and business in the
    Republic of Serbia;
    3) Provide office and administrative support to individuals and companies interested in
    doing business in the Republic of Serbia,
    4) Make the Association’s movable and immovable property available to its members as
    they are responsible for the Association’s identity and activities, without vesting it in them.
    This shall be done for the purpose of fulfilment of the objectives under the Statute and in
    accordance with law;
    5) Protect the interests of its members, providing them with all necessary and favourable
    conditions and benefits so they could fulfil the Association’s objectives under the Statute
    without any hindrances,
    6) Cooperate with foreign consultancies, law firms and associations whose clients are
    individuals interested in visiting the Republic of Serbia and investing in it;
    5) Organize promotional campaigns on tourism, business and life in the Republic of
    Serbia via media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, various blogs and online
    forums, also making these available to its members.

    Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the members

     

    Article 7

    A full member of the Association shall have the right to:
    1) Participate in the fulfilment of the Association’s objectives on an equal footing
    with the other members;
    2) Participate directly in decision-making at the General Meeting and as part of the
    Association’s bodies;
    3) Elect and be elected to the Association’s bodies;
    4) Be timely and fully informed of the Association’s operation and activities,
    5) Put forward proposals, comments and opinions as to the operation of the
    Association’s bodies.
    An associate member shall have the right to:
    1) Participate in the fulfilment of the Association’s objectives on an equal footing
    with the other members;
    2) Attend and participate in the General Meeting, without the right to vote;
    3) Be timely and fully informed of the Association’s operation and activities.

    4) Put forward proposals, comments and opinions as to the operation of the
    Association’s bodies.
    Both a full and an associate member shall:
    1) Contribute actively to the fulfilment of the Association’s objectives;
    2) Participate in the Association’s activities;
    3) Pay a membership fee of RSD 5,000 per year, except if the Management
    Committee decides to grant them a free membership period.
    4) Perform other duties as requested by the Management Committee.
