A real-time entrepreneur– started his first gaming business at the age of 14, few years later moved to the U.K. to study BA (Hons) Accounting and Financial Management where further improving his business knowledge. Furthermore, after studies by becoming the Youngest Private Banker in one of the largest Private Banks in Latvia he continuedly improves his network in banking industry. Used to be working directly with HNWI in the investment field, however now advising complex clients on banking relations. Either it is Estonian registered crypto-exchange, regular ICO, crypto-asset liquidation or regular advise upon the banking market for classic offshores, he is there to advise.

Maja Maksimović, LLB, holds a degree in Law and International Relations from the University of Belgrade. She is a practicing lawyer with 15 years of experience in the field of international jurisprudence, criminal and civil law. In 2010, she opened her own private law practice. Maja was the Head of the Legal Department at the University Children's Clinic in 2012 and 2013. She also has experience working on labor disputes and representing the interests of clients in civil and criminal proceedings. She attended a practical demonstration at the International Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg as well as a practical demonstration at the International Criminal Tribunal in The Hague.

Semyon Popesku got his law degree in 2005 from the Russian Legal Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in Moscow, where he was awarded diploma with honour. He’s been gaining experience and practicing law since 2006, and lawyer practice since 2016. He has more than 15 years of experience in international tax planning and registration of foreign companies around the world, as well as extensive experience in tax, currency, migration law and law related to controlled foreign companies, which will be a big plus for our association.

After she successfully complete her education, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Commerce. She has gained work experience in the field of administration, finance and accounting with her daily business challenges, where she successfully continues her work in accounting and financial affairs within our Association Welcome to Serbia

Considering that she is of Russian origin, she is fluent in Russian and Serbian.

After graduating from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade, she began professional training at the Commercial Court in Belgrade as an intern. She continued to gain experience and further develop her skills in the office of the public executor and later in the private sector, where she worked for an oil company. She knows the fields of commercial and labor law, execution, and administrative procedure, which are essential for the effective functioning of the legal sector.

Graduated from Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, specializing in International Economics and Foreign Trade. In parallel with her studies, she gained a solid working experience in international trade, with a particular focus on Russian and ex-Soviet markets. This has enabled her to provide all the support services that are needed to welcome foreign clients in Serbia and make their business feel like at home.

With over 16 years of experience in accounting, Dušica has specialized in working in the business sector of medium-sized enterprises in managerial positions. Her experience includes managing full accounting operations, including financial and managerial reports, as well as the production sector. She is proficient in integrating tax changes into accounting systems and in preparing transfer pricing reports. Additionally, she is dedicated to educating employees in line with legal changes, contributing to the development and stability of the company.

After successfully graduating from Alfa University, Department of Economics and Political Science, she completed an internship at AIC Bank and continued her further development working in the accounting department of the Electrotechnical Institute, in a large system with successful companies, and then at Moore Stephens. accounting and auditing company. She also specialized in bank guarantees and promissory notes, as well as financial accounting. She believes that constant learning and investing in herself is a combination for perfect success, especially in this business.​ ​
