Customers can make payments on this website for (and only for) services provided by Association “Dobrodošli u Srbiju”. This website is not selling any physical goods.

Method for payments is Credit/Debit Card via Banca Intesa NestPay Gateway. Cards brands accepted are: Visa, Master Card/Maestro, AmericanExpress and Dina Card. Other payment methods are not provided on this website.

Complaints and Return policy

After receiving your complaint, it will be considered and within 3 business days of filing a complaint, the customer will be informed of the outcome of the advertising process.

In the case of returning goods and recovering funds to the buyer who previously paid to one of them payment cards, in whole or in part, and regardless of the reason for the return, is obliged to make a refund exclusively via VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment method, which means that at the request of the seller, the bank will make a refund to the card user.
